Well, you asked thus I have to tell you…our experience wasn’t a 10, it was an 11! You folks did not meet our expectations you exceeded them…GREAT JOB! We would recommend you anytime and would not hesitate to purchase from you again.
By the way, the check engine light came on two days after we bought the Lexus RX450h from you folks because my wife did not tighten the gas down enough (LOL). Who would have thought?!
